I have practiced law in Harrisonburg, Virginia since 1974. While my practice has included domestic and criminal law, wills and estates, real estate and litigation, for the last fifteen years I have largely limited the practice to bankruptcy related matters.

Catastrophic debt cuts across all segments of society. I have helped professionals, farmers, office workers, laborers, small business owners -- and many more.

As a bankruptcy specialist, I have also been called upon to advise on bankruptcy effects in other situations, such as real estate titles, divorce cases, personal injury claims, and certain criminal matters.
